These terms govern the Get Elbow pre-launch website and waitlist. The marketplace itself is not yet available; separate marketplace terms will be published before it launches.
Waitlist and communications
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or Get Elbow. After you confirm your email, we may contact you about launch timing, early access and material product updates. You may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by replying or emailing hello@getelbow.com.
Pre-launch information
Features, categories, pricing examples, launch locations and timelines shown on the site are illustrative plans and may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access on a particular date or in a particular city.
Acceptable use
Provide only an email address you control or are authorised to submit. Do not automate abusive requests, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access or use the site unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The Get Elbow name, visual design, copy and site software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal evaluation but may not copy or exploit it commercially without permission.
Availability and liability
The pre-launch site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Get Elbow is not liable for indirect losses arising from temporary unavailability, inaccurate pre-launch estimates or reliance on planned features. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to use an applicable dispute-resolution or court process remain unaffected.

We may update these terms when the pre-launch service changes. The current version and effective date will remain on this page. Questions can be sent to hello@getelbow.com.
